3rd Announcement: Jędrzej Sniadecki Memorial Conference Frontiers in Molecular Life Sciences

REGISTRATION IS OPEN

 

The conference will be hosted by Vilnius University, where prof. Jedrzej Sniadecki spent the main part of his professional life, as a lecturer and the first head of Chemistry Department (during 1797–-1822). Along with JSMC2023, the Conference on History of Chemistry will take place (May 23-26, 2023). That creates a great chance to interact for scientists from different fields. The language of the conference is English.

Regular participant – 150 Eur

Doctoral student – 70 Eur

Other students – 30 Eur

Registration fee for LBS members is reduced by 50%.

The conference dinner (May 24, at 18.30) is paid separately (70 Eur).

Conference venue

Registration of the participants will take place at the central building of Vilnius University (Universiteto str. 3, Vilnius) located in the city center, for time see Preliminary programme.

The opening of the conference will be at the Ministry of Education, Science and Sport (A. Volano str. 2, Vilnius) located in the city center in a walking distance from Vilnius University.

 

 

 

The venue of the rest days of the conference is Vilnius University Life Sciences Center (Saulėtekio av. 7, Vilnius) accessible by a public transport.

Public transport from the city center to the Life Sciences Center of Vilnius University:

Bus 4G, destination stop Nemenčinės plentas (approx. 20 min, route every 7-10 minutes);

Accomodation

There are many hotels located in the very centre of the city, in a walking distance from places where the registration and the opening ceremony will take place. The venue of the next days of the conference (Life Sciences Center of Vilnius University) is located approximately 7 km apart from the city center and is accesssible by a public transport (bus 4G, trolleybus 2).
